What is Red Light Therapy?

Red Light and Infrared Therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function and promote healing. These wavelengths have been scientifically proven to penetrate the skin and activate various cellular processes that can have a positive impact on both physical and mental well-being.

Red Light

Operating from within the cellular structure, Red Light functions to optimize mitochondrial performance. This therapy stands as a remarkably secure and efficient natural approach to revitalizing the skin.

Near Infrared

Going beyond even Red Light, Near Infrared delves into the depths of soft tissues, muscles, joints, and bones. Although it remains invisible to the naked eye, positioning your body within 6-8 inches of the bulbs optimizes its benefits. Unlike our Far Infrared Sauna, the Near Infrared Beds offer a sweat-free experience.

Our Red Light & Near Infrared Bed is sterilized between each session.  We provide a small head rest and eye covers for your comfort, however they are optional. It is ideal to have as much skin exposed while enjoying the beds, so you have the option to be nude or wear a swim suit, whatever you prefer.

 

If you're using the beds to recover from an injury or skin issue, sticking to a routine pays off. Start with 3-4 visits in 4 weeks, then keep up with once-a-week visits for maintenance to get the best results.
